The Work and Career Decisions Lab is looking for top-notch students to assist with research projects. Our team includes both graduate-level and undergraduate-level students.

 

Assisting with research is an excellent way to build the skills that employers are looking for.

• Build teamwork and communication skills by working with research participants, research colleagues, and the lab director.

• Build analytical and statistical skills by conducting analyses using programs like R and SPSS.

• Gain familiarity with an array of evidence-based management tools, such as scientifically-designed surveys, performance measures, rating forms, and tests.

• Develop presentation skills by helping to present research at regional and nationwide research conferences.

• Develop professional writing skills by helping to craft written research reports.
