The Work and Career Decisions Lab is looking for top-notch students to assist with research projects. Our team includes both graduate-level and undergraduate-level students.
Assisting with research is an excellent way to build the skills that employers are looking for.
Build teamwork and communication skills by working with research participants, research colleagues, and the lab director.
Build analytical and statistical skills by conducting analyses using programs like R and SPSS.
Gain familiarity with an array of evidence-based management tools, such as scientifically-designed surveys, performance measures, rating forms, and tests.
Develop presentation skills by helping to present research at regional and nationwide research conferences.
Develop professional writing skills by helping to craft written research reports.
